The Brazilian version of Rolling Stone magazine celebrates two years of activities in the country at HSBC Brazil with the theme “Attitude that changes the world.” The intention was to make people aware that their actions can change the world where they live. The event received about two thousand people in São Paulo.
To illustrate the issue, the magazine invited artist Lobo to paint live during the event. He portrayed some of the magazine covers and people that somehow changed the world, as Ayrton Senna, Elvis Presley, Paulo Coelho, Bob Marley among others.
“Watered” with a lot of Rock n ‘Roll music, the party had NX Zero and Scottish KT Tunstall concerts.
Rock Band videogame fights and presentation of Sergio Dias from “Os Mutantes” playing Guitar Kier were also some of the high moments of the party!
Today all the artwork in the exhibition cover the walls of the magazine’s office. Rolling Stone branch is Brazil has been established since October 2006 and it’s one of several international versions of Rolling Stone, originaly established in the United States since 1967.
Viviane Senna, President of Instituto Ayrton Senna and sister of the three times formula 1world champion, was gifted by Lobo with the painting of his brother.
